The hotel is amazing, staff are excellent, food is delicious we tried both breakfast and dinner, service is excellent especially Zainab and Hadeer, special thanks to them, we felt at home because of their welcoming attitude and kind service, staff at the reception were very welcoming and helpful as well

We were only here for one night preparing for an early flight so our needs were small. The room was big enough for an overnight and the bed was comfortable. Had a good shower and plenty of options for breakfast which was pretty consistent with what we had throughout Egypt. Appreciated the amenities in the bathroom.

I had a great stay at Le Passage. One of the best things about it was its convenient location—just minutes from the airport, making travel incredibly easy. I had a restful night’s sleep in a quiet and comfortable environment. The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay. My room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities to meet my needs. The breakfast was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. The staffs are good and helpful Sara at reception and Malak at the Asian Restaurant. Another lady at buffet area named Mai was good in customer service. Food quality and taste needs to be worked upon.
